From the messy desk of the founder (20ᵗʰ April 2025)

Before I ever thought to document this process, I’d already been building quietly, bit by bit, page by page. So to honor the progress I’ve made so far, I’m calling this entry: 000.

Let me tell you, I’ve reset WordPress more times than I can count. Each time, I had to start over from scratch—frustrated, drained, and tempted to give up. But there was something oddly exhilarating about learning new things. Even though the process has been messy and relentless, I’m still here, still learning.

These are the first few pages I’ve created for Hparadisu. They’re not finished. They’re not perfect. Not even close. But they exist, and that’s a big deal to me. I started this with nothing but Google, YouTube, and forums as my guides. 

The Homepage.

Oh, don’t get me started. 

The image you see on the homepage right now? That was…a saga. I spent hours trying to find something that wasn’t copyrighted but still matched the aesthetic I had in mind. After a long, chaotic search, I gave in and used AI-generated one. It’s not forever, just for now, but it gave me enough peace to move forward. Please don’t come for me if it looks AI. I know. I’ll change it later. 

Right now, the homepage is about 30% done. Still rough, but it’s taking shape.

The Community Page.

This one was easier, image-wise. But it made me realized something: I need high-quality, professional visuals for this platform. It’s a priority I’ll circle back to. For now, this page is maybe 5% done. Just a sketch of what it’ll become.

Designing this layout took more time than I expected. The first version felt bland and uninspired. I’ve since redesigned it, and while I know I’ll come back to refine it later, for now, it’s finished. And it actually feels good. 

So that’s what I’ve been working on so far: the homepage, the community page, and the join the community page. Plus the registration forms. Considering it’s all happened within a week, I’d say…not bad. Not bad at all. In fact, I may be a genius.
